An Australian English OnlyFans star, famous for sleeping with over 1,000 men (half of them in a single day), has decided to employ AI in order to meet an even more ambitious target. Lily Phillips, a girl who makes Bonnie Blue look chaste in comparison, intends to use an AI chatbot clone of herself to sleep with over 10,000 men. As the New York Post puts it, we’re now in the era of the doppelgänger banger.
“She’s an extension of me,” Phillips gushed of her robo-representative. The bot comes courtesy of OhChat, an erotic AI platform.
“There are only so many hours in the day, and I can’t personally be available to everyone all the time,” she explained. “A digital twin creates another experience, as long as people understand what they’re interacting with.”
Back in 2020, I was interviewed by WIRED magazine on the subject of digisexuality and the future of virtual influencers and companions. A quote I gave was included in what turned out to be a bit of a hit piece that attempted to link the growing popularity at the time of VTubers with misogyny and incel culture. However, I stand by what I did say regarding the future of virtual influencers and the way they would change sexual economics by allowing “one female” to satisfy a huge number of men. When you read about Lily Phillips saying she will have sex with 10,000 men using an AI clone, you have to admit, I may have had a point – “misogynistic” or not.
That’s not to say that it has all panned out as expected. As an article at PC Mag that I covered here last March pointed out, the early AI-generative craze of influencers and pornstars cloning themselves (starting with Caryn Marjorie) had appeared to be fizzling out. It seems most men would prefer to create their own dream AI girlfriends rather than spend money on what might be a very poor copy of a real-life star.
Perhaps Lily Phillips will buck that trend and kickstart a resurgence in AI cloned pornstars. A monthly subscription to the NSFW AI site which hosts her – OhChat – costs $9.95, but it appears that extra features involving her cost extra. AI porn tech has moved on since the days of Caryn Marjorie, and one interesting feature that sets OhChat apart is the ability to make (legal) deepfake porn videos of yourself with Lily Phillips.This is something I’ve been expecting for some time, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there is soon an OnlyFans style site which is largely nothing but real women giving consent for users to create deepfake porn of them.
