Sex Worker (Unconvincingly) Claims That AI Generated Porn Will Never Replace Her Job

The astonishing advances in AI generated porn have taken Twitter by storm. In particular, photo-realistic images of hot babes ‘who never existed’ are going viral. Often, the (male) Tweeters can’t help making a joke – usually to the effect of women, or at least a certain class of them who earn their living being hot, are out of a job. One popular Twitter ‘celeb’ by the name of Alex Valaitis dared to make one particularly bold and precise prediction, above a photo of four smoking hot young bikini babes. As soon as 2025, he claims, over half of the top OnlyFans accounts will be AI-generated models secretly run by men.

When a sex worker attempts to save some pride by Tweeting the witty reply – ‘So men will be jerking off to other men? Perfect! Have fun!’, Valaitis shuts her down with his own caustic response. He cheekily suggests that she accepts the need for a challenging career pivot, and enrolls on an AI image generation course.

In an article for VICE magazine, another sex worker has attempted a lengthier defence of the continued need for real human hotties like her, in the adult industry. However, her argument doesn’t seem either convincing or fair. It boils down to – ‘men will always want a real human, but just in case they don’t, we’ll ban these rival AI babes who are threatening our jobs’.

I’m still a relentless optimist, I still believe love conquers all. I hope we can reclaim the internet, turn it into a beacon of hope and beauty, the beacon that drew me out of my own personal childhood hell, that connected me with friends and lovers, that ultimately saved my life. There is so much fascinating, creative potential to so-called “artificial intelligence.” I don’t think we should write it off entirely.

That being said, AI needs to be regulated: current forms of neural networks, like most tube sites, are largely fueled by stolen content. We need to take it slow. Now is not the time to move fast and break things. Sex workers and content creators in general need our labor and intellectual property rights protected. Humanity has suffered the consequences of Silicon Valley’s rash greed for too many decades already.

PornHub, and then OnlyFans and its clones, liberated women from the need for a porn ‘middle-man’, and allowed any female with any kind of sex appeal, to become her own content creator and monetize that sexual value without the need for an adult studio or even photographer. However, it seems that the age of user generated adult content may be brief. Under the OnlyFans template, a model requires a sizeable army of simps in order to make money from them, with each having only the faintest of possible ‘personal connections’ with her, lost as each one of them is in the sausage fest sea. Quite soon, it will be possible for any male to generate his own ultimate personal fantasy, and every precise variation of it. Probably for free, and eventually in photorealistic virtual reality.
