Top Six AI Gay Porn Generators

Earlier this year I reported on what appears to be the first dedicated AI gay porn generator (My Dream Boy). While it produces decent results and has a lot of potential, its rather clumsy design means that there are still a handful of general-purpose NSFW image generators that do a better job of creating gay pics. Here is my list of the top six.

1 – Promptchan

Promptchan is one of the most popular NSFW image generators and it scores highly for consistently photorealistic results, including for the all-important penis shots. It also does hardcore images better than any of the many other NSFW image generators I’ve tested, and even offers brief animated ‘video’ generation. It also allows ‘reface’, using your favorite AI characters. There are a range of styles, and whilst there is no specific gay porn style, there are a couple of gay poses – ‘penis’, and ‘gay grabbing’. In any case, Promptchan allows custom prompts (as well as negative prompts), so you can just type in ‘gay male’ or whatever you want.

2 – PornAI

The Steve Lightspeed AI porn generator produces gay male images that are as beautiful and consistent as their female generated images. It actually has two different models for gay/male images. It’s only drawback is that it cannot generate hardcore pictures for either gay or straight. For those interested in gay AI sex chat, this is incorporated in EVERY image you generate. So each male AI image you create has a ‘back story’ automatically generated, with an AI personality ready for you to chat with.

3 – DreamBF

A gay NSFW image generator and AI boyfriend simulator in one, DreamBF produces stunningly photorealistic and consistent images of handsome men that you can generate from scratch.

4 – PornPenAI

The oldest and now one of the most advanced of AI porn makers, PornPenAI does an outstanding job for gay images, with a stack of tools at your disposable to make the perfect image, and two dedicated gay porn models to choose from.

5 – SexyAI

SexyAI is fast, easy to use (whilst also having many advanced features), and has a liberal free use policy. All that applies to its ability to produce gay images too. It has two dedicated gay porn models, but several of their general models are at least as good.

6 – My Dream Boy

Probably the first dedicated gay AI porn generator, and it’s still a little clumsy in implementation, whilst producing some decent results. However, they are making progress, and it now even incorporates an AI boyfriend feature.
